James C. Norris is President of Parker Norris Financial, Inc., a financial services firm established more than forty years ago by Mildred Parker.
Norris is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM and a ten year MDRT member. He hosts radio talk show, "Let’s Talk Money" on KCSI 95.3 FM at 9:10 am Mondays. He is a nationally published author in the financial industry and also a nationwide speaker on financial topics. He is a Managing Director for ING Strategic Distribution and a Registered Principal for ING Financial Partners, Inc.
As part of his financial planning operations, he also serves as a consultant to financial planners, insurance professionals and banks on financial planning and estate planning issues.
Prior to his financial career, Norris' lifetime experience includes serving as a business instructor at Red Oak High School. He and his wife, Jan, have three children: Jake, Joey and Jill and live on a farm owned by his family for four generations.

Dan is A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM and Securites Registered for series 6, 7, 63 and 65, and is licensed for Life, Health and Disability Insurance.
Dan is a native of the Midwest, having grown up in rural Northwest Missouri. Dan is proud of his rural roots and those values of family, hard work, commitment, and treating everyone with respect. These values guide the relationships he builds with his clients, and are the cornerstone of his business develpment. While Dan works in many areas of the financial arena, Retirement Income Planning is an area of emphasis in his practice.
Dan and his family reside in Red Oak, Iowa where they are active in many school, church, and community activities. They are supporters of school athletic programs, enjoy the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Donna is Securites Registered for series 7, 63, 65, and is licensed for Life, Health and Disability Insurance.
A former bank representative, Donna is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM and serves her many clients well.
Donna works with a diverse clientele spanning all ages - from families saving for college education, to Baby Boomers who are accumulating assets for retirement, to Seniors who are now in the withdrawal stage of retirement.
She also offers Long Term Care Plans, SEP plans, 401(k) rollovers and 403(b) plans. With the introduction of Medicare Part D, she became certified in order to further assist clients with their retirement needs.
Donna and her husband Leonard have 2 grown daughters and 5 grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, traveling and visiting her grandchildren in Des Moines, Iowa and Overland Park, Kansas.
